Season 3 starts from where season 2 ended; Michael Scofield is jailed at Sona Federal Prison and he finds himself in a different kind of prison. The Company forced Lincoln and Michael to help fellow convict James Whistler’s escape in exchange for the release of Sara and LJ. Michael handles the process to get Whistler out of Sona. In the end of the season, Michael is last seen in a car, Lincoln & Sofia & LJ are last seen in the hospital room, Bagwell is last seen when he was being praised by the inmates of Sona. Michael is trying to overcome the trouble along with his brother Lincoln and is also in confusion why company wants James Whistler.
Season 3 was premiered on 9-17-2007 and the opening episode was ‘Orientacion’. Season’s finale ‘The Art of the Deal’ was aired on 2-18-2008.
